Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW/therapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults, using a compassionate and client-centered approach. I have helped my clients navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complexities of this ever-evolving world. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every individual. I am passionate about helping youth, adults, and families foster understanding, confidence, and emotional well-being as they move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that early intervention and a supportive therapeutic relationship can empower people to develop healthy coping skills, self-awareness, and confidence that support lifelong well-being. I am also a huge supporter of collaborating with psychiatrists, should my clients require medication monitoring.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. During this meeting, I will gather background information about you or your child, discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. We’ll talk about what has been working, what has been difficult, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

This session also provides a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about my therapeutic approach, and determine whether it feels like a good fit. For younger clients, parents or caregivers are often included to provide context and support the process. By the end of the session, we will collaborate on a plan for moving forward, including the frequency of sessions and initial focus areas.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next steps toward healing and growth.
