Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Grief-Informed professional, I bring compassion, insight, and an integrative approach to help individuals navigate life’s most difficult emotional challenges. My background includes extensive experience working with emerging adults through older adults, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in helping clients move through anxiety, sadness, grief, and stress—particularly when these feelings feel overwhelming or stuck in the body. With deep respect for the therapist-client relationship, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we attend to both the emotional and physical experiences of distress. I help clients process and regulate difficult emotions that may be keeping them from feeling grounded and moving forward. I value authenticity and connection, working collaboratively to explore how life events and patterns shape your present and identify meaningful strategies for healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, more centered, and increasingly able to understand and manage their emotional experiences. Through our work, you’ll gain tools to shift unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier responses to stress, and cultivate clarity and peace. Whether you’re navigating loss, seeking clarity, or aiming to embrace change, our sessions are designed to help you move forward with more confidence and self-compassion.
