Great to meet you!

There are some things in life that are too hard to face alone. If you or a loved one have experienced trauma, relationship struggles, stresses related to parenting or taking care of an aging parent, grief at the loss of a beloved member of your life, anxiety, depression, survivor or witness to abuse, or seeking tools for living with wellness. Please come and be welcome in a healing space.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist I provide a safe space for you to be heard, understood, and validated without judgment. I believe each person is unique and therefore requires an individualized approach to therapy. I consider it an honor to hear a person’s story and to help them pursue their goals toward healing and a sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

During individual therapy a client will work one on one with the therapist to determine and set goals throughout the course of therapy. The client and the therapist will collaborate throughout the process to help the individual find a healthy sense of well-being.
