Great to meet you!

As a warm, authentic, and compassionate clinician, I believe therapy should feel safe, validating, and collaborative, an environment where you can show up exactly as you are and feel supported every step of the way. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, anger and defiance, trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

I work with individuals from age 2 to adulthood, offering developmentally informed care that meets clients where they’re at. My approach is strength-based and person-centered, helping clients build resilience, understand themselves more deeply, and develop practical tools that create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in evidence-based modalities including TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, CPT, PE, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused strategies. I tailor each session to fit the unique needs of the individual or family, blending structure with empathy to create a balanced and effective therapeutic experience. Additionally, I can offer assessments to clarify diagnoses, most specifically for ADHD and Autism.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking support for your child, hoping to better understand your own emotional patterns, or working to heal from trauma, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and connection.

All services are provided via secure virtual on weekday evening and weekends for accessible, flexible care. I can be available for short term structured therapy as well as parent coaching sessions.
