Great to meet you!

I strive to provide support, empathy, and understanding in every session as we work together to navigate the challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery that not only helps uncover underlying patterns and concerns, but also highlights each person’s unique strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth and healing.

I have a special interest in working with women experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and women’s health concerns, including perimenopause and the emotional and physical changes that can accompany this stage of life. As a bilingual psychologist, I am also passionate about working with members of the Latina/o/x community and providing culturally responsive care that honors each individual’s unique experiences and identity. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe in taking the time to truly listen, understand, and appreciate each individual’s experiences. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients, helping them navigate areas of difficulty while gently challenging them to recognize and build upon their strengths. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying the goals you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based. Together, we will work to better understand the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on the resilience and strengths you already possess. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, or women’s health issues such as perimenopause, my goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
