Great to meet you!

As a neurodivergent therapist, I know what it is like to feel misunderstood. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are. I work with all ages and specialize in neurodiversity, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties. I help parents balance their responsibilities and individual needs. Through the therapeutic relationship, we identify strengths and barriers in your life by setting healthy boundaries to build independence and self-acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a personalized plan aligned with your values. I incorporate humanistic, solution-focused, strengths-focused, narrative, and relational therapies.

I bring kindness, compassion, and authenticity to every session as we find coping skills that work for you. I am always happy to hear about your special interests or passions and encourage self-expression and creativity. I also help kids and adults with executive functioning skills.

What you can expect from me

We create the foundation for the therapeutic relationship by identifying goals and your specific likes and dislikes to make sure you are getting what you need. I learn how you learn best and some of the coping skills that work or do not work for you. We decide together if we would be a good fit to work together and if not, I will do my best to provide resources to find someone who may work well with you.
