Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Licensed Social Worker, I believe it is imperative to treat co-occurring diagnosis simultaneously. Reaching out for help can be difficult, so congratulations for taking the first step! I've worked primarily in the field of addiction for six years, licensed for four. In the last year, I have shifted my focus on mental health and working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has their own experiences and deserves and individualized plan of care. Once we decide to work together, we'll become partners throughout your therapeutic journey. It's important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected and validated in our relationship. I will listen to you, challenge you, and support you throughout our time working together.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Again, we'll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel comfortable while being vulnerable, while also feeling secure and respected. From there we will work together in the following sessions to make your goals into reality, allowing you to live a happy productive lifestyle.
