I am a psychologist based in Arizona and licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin. I have worked with adults, children, and adolescents for 14.5 years. I received my PhD in psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also specialize in working with individuals with health conditions such as chronic pain, migraines, EDS, etc who are also experiencing psychological symptoms as well (depression, anxiety, trauma, etc).

My goal is to help my clients improve their overall quality of life. I believe in focusing on whole-body health and examining the relationship between the body and mind. I strive to help you meet your overall goals and provide you with the tools to meet future challenges that may arise.
