I have over 10 years experience working with adults and teens in various settings, primarily outpatient treatment and hold additional certification in ADHD and trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered approach, wherein you are the best expert in your own life. My role is to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive environment conducive to self exploration. Together we will navigate perceived problems to find the root cause and develop an action plan, taking current barriers and lifestyle into account.
