Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with adults across the lifespan, including those with complex mental health needs.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood instability, and personality-related challenges using a thoughtful, individualized approach.

I believe in collaboration and shared decision-making, and I respect each client’s preferences around therapy, medication, or a combination of both.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and centered on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I take time to listen, understand your experiences, and work with you to create a treatment plan that feels right for where you are right now, your future goals and comfort level.

I believe in education and shared decision-making, so you always understand your options and feel confident in your care.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my primary goal is to help you feel relaxed, heard, and never rushed. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment while providing education in a clear, understandable way.

Together, we’ll talk through your concerns, define your goals, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your wants and needs.

My goal is to help you achieve the best quality of life possible and to truly make a meaningful difference in your life.
