Great to meet you!

With more than 16 years in the field of behavioral health, I have worked in a variety of settings with all populations and conditions making me well-versed in the treatment of individuals, couples, and families. I have a doctorate and masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm and compassionate provider who utilizes components of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure therapy, and others to help you identify the unconscious beliefs you hold that are keeping you in a state of distress, sadness, worry, and confusion. I take a comprehensive history to better understand where these beliefs are stemming from and together we practice healthy coping skills and begin to unpack, challenge, and restructure your thoughts to a healthier version that allows you to resolve past hurts and begin to thrive in life.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session will include a comprehensive assessment, discussion around consents to treat, development of a treatment plan, and you'll be on your way with some coping exercises to practice between our first and second session.
