Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who works with individuals and families seeking support, understanding, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My background includes outpatient therapy, school-based counseling, and international clinical work, which has given me experience supporting people across many stages of life.

Much of my work focuses on helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to relationships, family life, school, or work.

I aim to create a supportive and thoughtful space where clients feel comfortable exploring what they’re experiencing while developing tools that help them move forward with greater stability and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and tailored to the individual. Each person brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals into the process, and our work together reflects that.

In our work together, we’ll take time to understand what you’ve been experiencing and what feels most important to address. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in openness, respect, and honest conversation. At times I may offer support, perspective, or gentle challenges that help move the work forward.

I approach therapy holistically and strive to create an environment that is inclusive and welcoming to people of all cultural backgrounds, identities, belief systems, and life experiences.

I see therapy as a place to slow down, make sense of patterns, and develop practical ways to move forward. My goal is to help clients gain greater understanding of themselves while building skills that support resilience and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy.

You’ll have space to talk about what has been going on in your life, what led you to reach out, and what you hope might feel different or improve. Some people come in with very clear goals, while others are still sorting through their thoughts and experiences — both are completely welcome.

My focus during this first meeting is to listen carefully, understand your perspective, and begin identifying what might be most helpful moving forward. Together we can start to think about goals and what working together might look like.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can speak openly, ask questions, and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
