Hi, I am Stephanie, and I'm glad you have reached out for counseling! That is the first and sometimes hardest step. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and Colorado, with a Master's in Professional Counseling, and I practice in both states.
My goal in online therapy is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and heard. We can incorporate writing into the therapeutic process, as well as humor. I have been certified in EMDR Basic Training to help individuals recovering from trauma. I also focus on wholistic health, grief, depression, and relationship problems.
Goals are set based on your needs, and you will take an active role in meeting those goals.
