Great to meet you!

Hello! My education in Marriage and Family Therapy means I approach challenges through a systemic lens—together, we’ll explore how different parts of your life connect and influence one another. My professional experience includes working with teens, young adults, and families to build practical skills, work through stuck points, and create meaningful, achievable goals.

My approach to therapy

I am naturally a warmth and curios individual but do believe that growth and self-awareness come from asking the tough questions and challenging unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors in the therapy space, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I tend to be solution-focused and believe in my clients ability to create change in their own lives, even when they have lost hope that they can. I expect that my clients put in the work in session and out of session by completing therapy homework and trying new tools we discuss in session.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is always to empower, support, and educate. In our sessions you will learn to examine problems from a systemic perspective and identify solutions that will create long lasting change. My hope is that you will get to know yourself, learn to lean on your strengths, and be more inspired then ever in becoming a better version of yourself.
