Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice and dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a passion for helping adults achieve both mental and physical wellness. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychiatric medication management, and medical weight loss. My unique background allows me to address the important connection between mental health, physical health, and metabolic wellness. I believe treatment should be personalized, evidence-based, and focused on helping you feel your best, not just manage symptoms. Whether you're seeking support for focus, mood, stress, or overall well-being, I strive to provide compassionate care in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, goals, and personal experiences before developing a treatment plan. I combine evidence-based psychiatric medication management with education, lifestyle strategies, and practical tools that support long-term wellness. As both a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I recognize that mental and physical health are closely connected. Together, we will create a personalized plan designed to improve your emotional well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. I encourage questions and open communication so that you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. By the end of the appointment, you can expect a clear understanding of my recommendations and the next steps toward achieving your mental health and wellness goals.
