Great to meet you!

I started working in the mental health field in 2018, but my passion for supporting mind-body wellness began even earlier through my work as a Pilates and Yoga instructor (RYT 200) since 2014.

That experience opened my eyes to how deeply our emotional well-being is connected to our physical bodies, and how often people carry stress, trauma, or self-doubt in ways they don’t even realize.

What led me ultimately to therapy was my own experience of feeling stuck, and how transformative it was to be met with compassion and understanding.

That’s what I hope to offer you. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach, which means we’ll focus on what’s already working for you and build from there. I’ll meet you wherever you are in your mental health journey. There are no expectations, no pressure. I just hope to provide a space where you can feel supported, empowered, and seen for who you are.

My approach to therapy

In a typical therapeutic relationship, I help my clients focus on what is within their control. I believe that’s where real change and empowerment begin.

We can’t always change our circumstances, but we can build tools to respond differently, set boundaries, and care for ourselves in new ways.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I don’t believe in 'giving advice'. I believe in helping you uncover your own strengths and insight. I’ll gently challenge you when needed, while also making sure our work feels supportive and grounded.

Sessions often involve exploring thought patterns, emotional responses, and the ways your environment may be impacting your well-being.

Depending on your needs, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness.

Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward in your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

This is for sure an over said concept in therapy to ' meet you where you' are in your healing journey, but there is so much truth in that.

Therapy looks different for everyone. There is no right or wrong way to ‘do therapy’ and there’s no ‘right’ way to show up for our sessions.

Together, we’ll create a space that feels supportive and authentic to you. Even though we’re connecting through a screen, I believe our work together can still feel deeply personal, safe, and grounded. Many of my clients are surprised at how natural and comforting virtual therapy can become, you are in a space where you can be yourself over your computer and we move at your pace, without judgment.
