I use the principles of Buddhism as taught by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh to enrich my clinical practice. Since 2008, I have studied mindfulness and retreated to his practice center Magnolia Grove Monastery (Batesville, MS).

I work the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.
I also draw clinically from MBCT, DBT and ACT.
