Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I see each person for who they are through a kaleidoscope of colors. My experience and certifications have focused on Parent training, ADHD and ASD through behavior modification with solution focus techniques.

My desire is to help you cross the next bridge in your life.

My approach to therapy

Understanding how you arrived at this point in your life, your experiences, your family history, and your genetic factors provides a starting point. From there, your needs will dictate the theoretical approach which may include Psychoanalytic, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, or Solution-Focused to name a few.

What you can expect from me

Most come to therapy with a goal or two in mind. My role is to guide them toward those goals while leaving space for new issues which may arise. Revisiting those goals on a regular basis helps to keep us on target.
