Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate dedicated to providing compassionate individuals experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood disorder, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and other mental health challenges.

I believe mental wellness involves caring for the whole person-not just treating a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. I take time to understand each client's unique experiences, strengths, challenges, lifestyle, and personal goals. My goal is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and actively involved in your care

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I recognize the important connection between the mind, body, lifestyle, relationships, and overall well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work with clients to understand the factors that may be affecting their emotional and mental health.

When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, education, and conversations about sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, coping skills, and other lifestyle factors that support wellness. I value shared decision-making and want you to understand your treatment options so that together we can develop a plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide a calm, supportive, and judgement-free environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns at your own pace.

We will discuss what brought you to treatment, your current symptoms and concerns, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, relationships, stressors, strengths, and that goals you would like to achieve. Together, we will identify your priorities and develop an individualized treatment plan that supports your overall well-being. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, respected, informed, and hopeful about the next steps in your mental health journey.
