Great to meet you!

I am a non judgmental, calm, fun therapist that wants to get to know you. I am a safe person to talk to. I have an LCSW and I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work and Gerontology at Loma Linda University in 2014. I also have a play therapy certificate from Capella and have worked with all ages and many diversities.

My approach to therapy

My area of expertise is working with those who have experienced trauma, grief, loss, depression and anxiety. Some approaches to therapy that I could use are Psycho-Education, DBT, CBT, trauma informed, TFCBT and Child Parent Psychotherapy. I also use a solution focused and narrative perspective when looking at your story!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a greater perspective into their current struggles and a plan of safety moving forward and how to approach their future in a way that they will be living authentically according to their purpose. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself!
