Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have over 8 years of experience working with teenagers and adults in a variety of settings including as a school based therapist and outpatient therapist . I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, stress management, self-esteem, and work and career issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Managing our emotions can be difficult on a good day, much less when life throws stressful events our way. We often feel overwhelmed, and we may not know in which direction to move. We also may put other’s needs ahead of our own, forgetting that our needs are just as important! That is where I come in. I will help you discover your strengths, determine your goals, and find what works to best help you take care of you.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a relaxed environment, and I will meet you where you are in the treatment process. I utilize a strengths-based approach, making sure you feel comfortable, safe, and heard at every step along the way.
