Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in Memphis, TN. I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from Union University and my Masters of Social Work from Union University as well. I have been licensed with the state of Tennessee since 2019 as LMSW. I have over 8 years of experience working with families, veterans and adults in behavioral/mental health and healthcare settings. Areas of experience include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, attachment issues, anger management, adjustment to life cycle transitions, and conflict resolution. Your mental health matters every bit as much as your physical health let’s talk about it!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using a person centered approach, I tailor all of my sessions based on my client's individual needs. I enjoy taking different approaches and draw upon modalities that fit the client’s needs.

What you can expect from our first session

The most important thing to me as your therapist is to offer you a safe place where you can express yourself and be heard in a judgment free zone while providing you with the tools to make identified changes in your life.
