Great to meet you!

I know that life is not always easy with all the challenges we have to go through daily. If you feel like no one cares or no one has time to listen to your struggles, I am here! I want this time that you chose for yourself to feel like the one time in your day that you have to not feel judged for letting everything out. Whether that is about a long day at work, family issues, friendships, or relationships. I want you to feel safe and comfortable while you are here with me during this journey.

My approach to therapy

The importance to me in my therapeutic approach is to make you feel as if you are not talking to a stranger about your life. In my session we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT. It is a type of talk therapy that focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It helps you identify and change negative thinking patterns and behaviors that may be causing you distress.

What you can expect from me

I am very passionate about helping people no matter what age they are! I like to make the environment of the therapy process feel like it is super safe and comfortable. I want you to enjoy coming for as long as you need. I understand how hard it an be to talk to loved ones about our daily lives. It is my goal to guide you to reach whatever you are looking for while talking with me so you can be the best that you can be!
