I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider in Illinois, and I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, perinatal and postpartum challenges, and the harder life transitions that don't come with a roadmap.
Much of my work centers on two areas. The first is parenthood — I help mothers and fathers think through prenatal and postpartum questions, parenting decisions, and the identity shifts that come with all of it. The second is ADHD and executive functioning. Whether you're trying to understand your own brain or better support someone you love, I want you to leave sessions knowing more than when you came in.
I also make room for faith and culture in therapy, because for a lot of people those aren't separate from healing. Some clients want explicitly faith-based work. Others are recovering from faith-based harm or wrestling with conflict there. Both are welcome here.
My background includes years in therapeutic day schools alongside occupational, speech, and physical therapists, plus extensive experience with the foster care system and the families inside it. I draw on CBT, DBT, person-centered work, and radical acceptance, and I'll tailor the approach to you rather than the reverse.
My goal isn't for you to depend on therapy. It's to build the skills, self-understanding, and resilience that let you handle what comes next on your own.
