Great to meet you!

What would your life look like if anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt weren't in the driver's seat? Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply looking for a different way forward, therapy can be a space to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

I strive to create a warm, open-minded, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. It is a privilege to be part of my clients' journeys, and I believe meaningful change happens through trust, collaboration, and feeling genuinely heard.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia, as well as active duty service members, veterans, and military families. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry and the unique challenges they may face.

My approach to therapy

Alongside them to identify goals that are meaningful and achievable. I believe there is no single path to healing, so I tailor therapy to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and values.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy to help clients develop practical skills, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current concerns and goals, and identify what you hope to gain from our work together.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out or to share your entire story in one session. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, creating a plan that supports your individual needs while helping you feel heard and understood from the start.

Seeking support takes courage, and my goal is to empower you with tools that extend beyond our sessions so you can continue growing long after therapy ends.

Whether you're working through trauma, coping with anxiety or depression, improving sleep, or adjusting to life's transitions, we'll work together to help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.
