Stephanie Zepeda-Ledezma

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development and a master’s in Social Work. I’ve spent the past six years working as a therapist supporting individuals impacted by trauma, following years of experience working with survivors in various capacities. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy and am passionate about equipping clients with the skills they need to heal, grow, and overcome life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. I work closely with clients to develop a personalized plan of action that aligns with their goals and needs. Drawing from my diverse experiences and clinical training, I bring multiple perspectives to the therapeutic space—offering compassion, understanding, and a nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can begin their healing journey with confidence and trust.

In sessions with me, clients can expect to gain practical skills and tools to navigate trauma and life’s stressors. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and validated while also gently challenging you to explore new perspectives that support growth and resilience. Together, we’ll work toward building emotional strength and developing strategies that empower you both in and outside of therapy.
