Great to meet you!

I’m Stephanie, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, and stress or life transitions. I help clients feel more grounded and in control of their mental health.

I am currently a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidate at Duke University, where I continue to advance my training in psychiatric care and clinical leadership.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I use evidence-based medication management and supportive care, prioritizing stability, emotional well-being, and long-term recovery. I involve you in shared decision-making throughout your treatment.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced, supported, and empowered in your mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on understanding you and what brings you in within a safe and accepting space. We’ll review your symptoms, history, and goals, and I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

We may discuss possible diagnoses and treatment options, including medication and supportive strategies. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan that fits your needs and helps you feel supported moving forward.
