Hi, I’m an LCSW who graduated from Stockton University. In my work as the professional, I’ve worked with people dealing with depression, anxiety, disability, sexual trauma, domestic violence, other types of trauma OCD bipolar disorder eating disorders relationship problems I’ve also worked a lot with people from the LGBT community adjusting to anything from college to parenting to aging. I am always training and learning, new techniques and new ways of helping because every person is unique.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone is different and therapy needs to be individualized to the person I use a variety of different types of therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical, behavior, therapy, acceptance, and commitment. Therapy solution focused.therapy narrative, therapy and more. Whether a person wants help working through something they’re struggling with or just wants to talk things out. I’m here for whatever you need.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, I will work to empower my clients, no matter what issue has brought them to therapy big or small if it’s something that is bothering them or that they’re struggling with I welcome them to talk about it in therapy.
