Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephany. I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress that can feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally drained, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or unsure how to move forward.

I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to open up to.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both supportive and practical — not rushed or overwhelming.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools to help you better manage emotions, relationships, and daily stress. I work at your pace while gently helping you move toward growth and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you — your story, what’s been going on, and what you’d like to feel different in your life. We’ll talk through your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, while making sure you feel comfortable and supported from the start.

Most clients leave those early sessions feeling a sense of relief, more clarity around what’s been going on, and a better idea of how to move forward. Over time, therapy can help you feel more balanced, more confident, and more in control of your life.
