Welcome to the next step in your journey! I will be your guide. I am Stephen Adams, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a therapist for 9+ years, but I've been in the helping field for over 16 years. I provide counseling to boys and men, in order to offer help and healing, but also hope.
I take a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling, whether it be evaluating physical, mental/emotional, spiritual and/or social issues in order to work with clients to determine how they can best be helped to restore hope.
My first priority is to develop a relationship with you so that you feel comfortable opening up about the strains and struggles that are holding you back. I want you to feel heard and to be able to express what you may not have been able to with others. This is a process, but restoration occurs within relationship. I am simply offering you a safe place to explore and practice this.
