Great to meet you!

Life is both personal and professional. Your therapist should be both. I collaborate with professionals & college students to improve their lives. I typically see adults in health care, IT, engineering, sales and business but not limited. I often work with them to overcome anxiety, depression, unwanted habits (pornography use, gambling, infidelity and procrastination) and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

Unlike most therapists, I teach my clients to become their own therapist so that they don’t need me more. Most of my client achieve their goals between 2 months to one years. It depends on you. I provide a safe place for you to share

What you can expect from me

I creates a safe and open environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without any fear of judgment. I am well skilled in using various evidence-based practices that makes rapid recovery possible.
