Great to meet you!

Are you hiding in plain sight?

You’re exhausted from replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, and worrying that one more mistake could derail everything. Your mind moves between past regrets and future fears, rarely settling where you actually are. Our work is not about fixing you or forcing positive thinking. It is about learning how to step out of the repetitive thoughts that pull you away from the present. You know there is a more authentic, grounded version of you underneath the noise; you have felt it before, even if it often feels out of reach.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand how trauma, anxiety, and depression shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Our work focuses on noticing unhelpful mental patterns, creating distance from them, and making choices that align more closely with how you want to live.

What you can expect from me

With over 25 years of clinical experience, I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. My role is to help you better understand what is happening internally, so lasting change becomes possible. Our work together is practical and collaborative, focused on helping you move forward with greater clarity and steadiness. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and together we’ll determine what approaches best support your goals and needs.
