Great to meet you!

My clinical background includes inpatient treatment, crisis counseling, trauma counseling, and person-centered therapy. My general approach is working with the whole person—physically, mentally, and spiritually. My goal is to have a gentle, attachment-based, and trauma-sensitive style. My experience includes working with adults, families, and teenagers.

My approach to therapy

My overall goal is for clients to feel safe. Generally, my approach is to be as transparent, open, and as gentle as possible so that my clients have complete agency over their journey. I would prefer clients to be as honest with themselves and me so that we can quickly identify the best path forward - even if this means finding another therapist that may be a better fit.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a safe and respectful space where we can build a therapeutic relationship. As the client expresses readiness, my goal is to help them realize and verbalize their desired path to health.
