I help people that are having a difficult time with relationships, self-acceptance/shame, addiction low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. I also work with clients that are transitioning, are in the lifestyle or are practicing polyamory.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a person centered therapist that helps my client process and work through their life struggles while also offering them tools that may help them in their time of need. I have experience working with people that suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulty in social situations or environments (school, home, etc).

What you can expect from our first session

I do find it beneficial to also have some fun or stimulating conversation with my clients. Therapy with me is all about helping us find your inner strength in life's difficult moments through meaningful and often fun conversation.
