Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Steve. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, and relationship issues. Many of the people I support feel stuck in the same painful patterns — repeating the same arguments, feeling disconnected from others, or carrying emotions they do not quite know how to manage. My experience is supported by clinical training that helps clients improve communication, deepen connection, and better understand themselves. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and able to make meaningful changes in your daily life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, relational, and focused on helping people create real change. I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of control, especially when anxiety, depression, anger, conflict, loneliness, or relationship issues keep showing up in the same ways. Together, we build awareness and develop skills to better understand emotional patterns, improve communication, and respond differently to the situations that keep causing stress and disconnect. I believe therapy should be a place where your experiences are heard and validated while we also identify learned behaviors, build on your strengths, and create clear treatment goals that support healthier relationships and a better day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a supportive conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what feels most important right now. Whether you are coming in for anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, relationship issues, or ongoing conflict, we will begin identifying the patterns and challenges that are affecting your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling validated, understood, and more clear about the path forward. Together, we will start building practical tools and goals that can help improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
