Great to meet you!

I am a native Texan who served in the U.S. Army for 21 years as a Mental Health Specialist, Special Forces Medical Sergeant, and 13 years a federal investigator. Having served in the military and federal civilian workforce I personally understand the stresses that effect our lives and the lives of our children and loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I use talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness interventions. Counseling therapy can help you get to a place where you can enjoy the treasure of life.

What you can expect from me

Life can be challenging, stressful, and finding the solution to feeling better isn't always easy. Our busy lives can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, and further from our best self and happiness. Through my professional counseling services we can work together to evoke change talk and move closer to a sense of inner wellbeing.
