Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric provider dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive psychiatric care for adults (18+). My practice centers on thorough psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management, meeting you wherever you are on your mental health journey.

I treat a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, autism spectrum support, eating disorders, and substance use disorders (including Suboxone treatment). I also believe high-quality care should be straightforward to access, which is why I accept most major insurance plans as well as self-pay/cash options.

My approach to therapy

I believe that true mental health care must be holistic. You are never just a list of symptoms or a diagnosis—your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being are deeply interconnected, as is your personal and cultural background.

My approach combines evidence-based medicine with deep empathy and open communication. I see medication as one possible tool within a larger picture of wellness, and I work collaboratively with you to find solutions that align with your lifestyle, values, and personal goals. We will always make decisions together as partners.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an unhurried, supportive space focused entirely on listening to your story. In this initial evaluation, we will discuss:

  • What brings you in today: Your current challenges, symptoms, and what you hope to achieve.
  • Your background: Your personal history, past treatment experiences, medical health, and daily routines.
  • A collaborative discussion: A transparent conversation about what might be going on, exploring both diagnoses and treatment options.
  • A clear next step: Together, we will outline an initial treatment plan—whether that involves starting or optimizing medication, introducing supportive strategies, or setting up regular follow-up visits.

You can expect an open, nonjudgmental environment where your questions are welcomed and you feel actively involved in every decision about your care.
