My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that ADHD and Anxiety impact various aspects of a young adult’s life, including academic performance, relationships, and career advancement. Through a combination of individual therapy, coaching, and skill-building exercises, I help clients develop the tools they need to succeed in college and beyond.
