Great to meet you!

I am licensed in South Carolina with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is very eclectic. My doctorate is in Pastoral Community Counseling. My expression is very pastoral and very calming when we talk. I stay with the more empirically based techniques in counseling. I consider myself a good listener because of the training I went through in Clinical Pastoral Education.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is basically about getting information from you, such as what brings you to counseling, your medical history, and your goals for your therapy with me.
