Great to meet you!

I believe we all carry an inner resilience that can be activated and drawn on when life gets hard. My job is to understand how you see yourself and how you see what is in front of you, and then work alongside you from there. I see adults navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and substance use, as well as people looking for a

steady and nonjudgmental place to work through whatever they are carrying. If that sounds like where you are, reach out.

My approach to therapy

Sessions tend to feel collaborative and practical. Some of what we do looks at the thoughts and patterns driving how you feel, figuring out where they come from and

what might work differently. Some of it focuses on what you want to be different and builds toward that, one manageable step at a time. If you have been struggling with

substances or mood, we look honestly at what is happening without judgment. I adapt to what is most useful for you, which changes as we go. Most people leave a session with at least one concrete thing to try.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will listen more than I talk. You set the pace. We will get a sense of what brought you here and start shaping a picture of where you want to go. You might

leave with a short-term goal, a practical skill, or simply the relief of having said something out loud to someone who is not already in your life. From there, sessions are ours to structure together, and most people find that consistency matters more than any singe breakthrough.
