Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Stephen and I transitioned to counseling because I love working with people from all walks of life. I come from a career in education and like to empower clients with tools they can use on a daily basis.

My practice is currently accepting clients who might be interested in working with my associate, Nataliya Sannikova, on goals related to Autism, ADHD, Nuerodivergence, and/or LGBTQ life that intersect with daily functioning, anxiety, or depression. You can find her on Psychology Today for more info. Feel free to reach out if you'd like me to connect you or you can send Nat a message directly.

My approach to therapy

Our approach is humanistic and holistic. We believe in dismantling the power dynamic between provider and client and demystifying the experience of asking for help. We're supportive during sessions and prioritize your individualized needs.

What you can expect from me

Nat can teach you tools to better navigate AuADHD or help you become more focused and empowered to advocate for yourself in your daily life. She'd be happy to explain how the brain works and evidenced-based interventions that have proven results.
