Great to meet you!
At the end of the day, so much of what shapes our lives comes back to relationship—how we connect with others, how we experience ourselves, and how we relate to something beyond us. Our lives are formed in these spaces of connection—with partners, family, community, and, for many, a sense of the divine that runs quietly but persistently beneath it all. When those connections feel strained, confusing, or distant, it can affect nearly every part of life.
My work is centered on helping individuals and couples move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and connection in their relationships—with others and within themselves. I pay close attention to the emotional patterns that develop over time—the ways we protect ourselves, reach for one another, and sometimes get stuck. As someone shaped by a multicultural background, I bring a deep respect for the ways culture and lived experience influence how we relate, while also holding a steady awareness of the shared human longings that connect us all.
