Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, or a parent hoping to support your child through a difficult season? I specialize in supporting teens, adults, couples, and families through life changes, relationship concerns, and emotional challenges. My primary focus is working with teens and individual adults who want support without judgment. I also work with children and families, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience in private practice, residential and psychiatric care, and family courts. I believe therapy works best when we build trust, listen closely, and focus on what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can be yourself. I will listen carefully, ask supportive questions, and move at your pace. You never have to share more than you are ready to share. I take your concerns seriously, while making room for genuine connection, comfort, and even a little laughter when it feels right.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will clarify your goals and build practical ways to handle challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I will offer thoughtful feedback while keeping you in charge of your choices. My hope is that you leave with more self-understanding, a stronger sense of possibility, and meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.
