Great to meet you!

If you’re someone who looks like you’re holding it together on the outside—but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot: responsibility, pressure, relationship stress, or just a sense that something isn’t quite right.

I bring over 30 years of experience, but what matters most is how I show up—with steadiness, curiosity, and respect for your story. You won’t be judged or analyzed here. My focus is helping you feel understood, supported, and able to make sense of what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space where we slow things down and really understand what’s happening beneath the surface—so change actually sticks. This is a collaborative process; we work together to find what’s getting in your way and what will truly help you move forward.

I use approaches like CBT and ACT, but I tailor everything to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. My goal isn’t quick fixes—it’s helping you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and reconnect with who you are and what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation—calm, supportive, and focused on you. No pressure, no interrogation.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping might change. I’ll help you start to organize what may feel overwhelming and gently identify patterns that could be keeping you stuck.

Most people leave that first session feeling a sense of relief—like things finally make a little more sense, and they’re not carrying it alone anymore.
