I'm conducting therapy via telehealth only. I'm a board-licensed mental health therapist with over 30 years of experience working with adults, couples, and seniors. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. My clinical experience includes work in outpatient clinics, hospitals, corporate settings, and community mental health.

My specializations include helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and parenting challenges, substance use issues, chronic stress, and men’s concerns.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe in creating a safe, respectful space where you can explore your concerns openly and without judgment. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward practical steps that support healing, clarity, and meaningful change.
