Great to meet you!

I began in healthcare as a healthcare specialist in the military. I completed my military time, began my studies in Nursing, and completed my ADN, BSN, MSN-FNP, and post-masters PHMNP programs. I advocate for those with wounds that people can not see by looking at someone. I specialize in helping those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, Sleep Disorders, Addiction to alcohol and Opioids, and many other chronic mental health illnesses.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I first assess with the patient that we are a compatible fit. The best healthcare is not from a one-sided relationship. It is about the patient and myself working together to find the best treatment program that helps them live the best and most fulfilling life possible. I believe in teamwork and honesty, which can be expected from me.

What you can expect from our first session

After an appointment with me, my clients can expect to have been heard! We will start with how things have been going since our last visit and make plans on how we will move forward together!
