I have 35+ years of experience providing psychiatric care to adults and their families. Most of my career has been spent in academic medical centers, most recently the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine. I employ active listening to fully understand my patient's concerns and utilize a holistic approach to improve their mental health.

My approach to therapy

My holistic approach considers physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors. Treatment recommendations will include as appropriate medication, diet, exercise, talk therapy, social rituals, and mindfulness practice.

What you can expect from me

Goals for treatment will be mutually agreed upon, generally aiming to reduce the negative effects of internal or external stress.
