Great to meet you!

Hi,

My name is Stephen Roser. I have 18 years of experience in the field of mental health. I use a warm, supportive style to facilitate a strong therapeutic relationship and spirit of collaboration. It's easy to feel overwhelmed with all of life's demands and to lose ourselves in the day-to-day chaos. Together, we can bring it all back into focus.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches to treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Although modalities vary from client to client, it is my belief that you are the expert on your life and my role is to support and guide.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, it is my hope that you will find renewed confidence in yourself, life satisfaction, and a sense of overall peace.
