Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Stephen. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, pulled in too many directions, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and depression. Many of my clients are juggling work, relationships, and health while struggling to be kind to themselves. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, regain balance, and reconnect with what matters most.

I believe you deserve support that meets you with compassion and respect. Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s also a powerful step toward healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel supported as you work through the habits, patterns, and stressors that have been holding you back.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, integrative, and client-centered. I work from a “whole-self” perspective, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness practices and creative approaches, including art, to help you develop a stronger and more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Together, we’ll identify what’s not working and build practical tools to support emotional balance, self-awareness, and lasting change. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from modalities such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and experiential techniques when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you are met with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. We’ll work collaboratively to reduce overwhelm, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen your relationships—with others and with yourself.

Clients often describe feeling more grounded, more confident, and better equipped to manage anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My aim is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
