Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome,

I would like you to know that I have spent 30 years working in communication-based careers including project management, marketing, teaching and therapy. It has been said that each new relationship creates a language of its own. I work continually with my clients to establish a language between us that is clear and consistent. In this way we can best learn from each other and effectively create positive change.

My approach to therapy

I work to create an approach that is customized to each client based on their unique histories and current challenges. We may begin by exploring current needs or to look back and meaningful experiences from their past. In every case we work to identify and validate each client's thoughts and interpretations before considering alternate views and the possible impact of seeing things differently.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to provide the client greater insight into their own thinking patterns, without judgement or criticisms. My hope is that a client will leave a session with greater self-awareness and a belief that their feelings were heard and validated.
