Great to meet you!

Thanks so much for visiting my profile on Headway. Over 20 years of clinical experience has provided me with opportunities to help others successfully navigate life stage transitions, professional demands, separation/divorce, and other arduous social/emotional challenges.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is about creating a safe and grounded space for clients to be truly heard and met with kindness, honor, appreciation, and understanding. Through a combination of exploration, processing, coaching, and reflection, we will work together to find you relief, new skills, and a firm path forward.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session allows you to begin to tell your story and share what you aim to get out of therapy. We'll then collaboratively dial in some measurable objectives to track progress and provide guidance.

After that, we'll meet routinely to further explore your needs, bolster your skills and resiliency, and ultimately provide you with achievements, greater satisfaction, and goal attainment.
